Welcome to Isnar Vera Life Coaching (“I”, “we”, “our”).
By accessing this website or using any of the services offered, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or book services.

2. Services Provided

I provide professional coaching services focused on personal clarity, growth, life and relationship transitions, and empowerment.

Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process designed to support self-awareness, clarity, and action. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychological care, and it does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Any descriptions of services on this website are provided for general informational purposes only.

 

3. User Responsibilities

By using this website or booking services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • The information you provide is accurate and truthful

  • You will use the website and services for lawful purposes only

  • You will not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the website’s functionality or security

 

4. Booking and Payments

​

  • Coaching services are booked following a Clarity Call and according to the instructions provided thereafter.

  • Payments must be completed before coaching services begin.

  • Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, or Wix Payments.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time; however, price changes do not affect services already purchased.

 

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect both your time and mine, sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, may be counted as a completed session.

  • No refunds are provided for completed sessions or no-shows.

  • Coaching packages are non-refundable once started, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If unexpected circumstances arise, you are encouraged to reach out. I will always do my best to respond with fairness and consideration.

6. No Guarantees

​

Coaching supports clarity, awareness, and action, but specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed.

Your progress depends on your personal commitment, choices, effort, and circumstances. You acknowledge that coaching is a supportive process, not a promise of specific results.

7. Self-Responsibility

​

Coaching is a collaborative process. By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • I do not make decisions on your behalf

  • Any actions you take as a result of coaching sessions are your sole responsibility 

Coaching does not involve directing, controlling, or managing your personal or professional decisions.

 

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website including text, graphics, images, videos, worksheets, and materials is the intellectual property of Isnar Vera. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

14. Right of Withdrawal

​

In accordance with European Union consumer law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a service contract within fourteen (14) days of entering into the agreement, without providing any reason.

However, by expressly requesting that the coaching services begin before the end of this withdrawal period and by accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has commenced.
